What is the difference between the EZA Program and Sports Instruction?
While practicing a sport is an important part of improving athletic performance, developing sports specific skills through instruction and practice is just one piece of the performance pyramid. In order to be successful in any sport and continue to improve athletic performance, a high level of athleticism must be developed to provide the foundation for all sports specific skills. Without this foundation of athletic ability, athletes will not be able to continually improve their sports specific skills, will be more prone to injuries, and will not be able to reach their full athletic potential. Our program is designed to help athletes improve every aspect of athleticism and reach their full athletic potential.
Student - Athletes
