JOEL JAMIESON, CSCS, NSCA-CPT, USAW
The Director and Founder of EndZone Athletics, Jamieson has been involved in competitive athletics and coaching of athletes at all levels for more than 15 years. He has worked with numerous athletes of all levels including NFL Football players, NCAA athletes, World Champions in MMA, and countless other athletes from a variety of sports. He assisted the Seattle Seahawks at training camp with their Strength & Conditioning in 2003 and served as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the 2004 National Champion Eastside Hawks semi-pro football team. A graduate of the University of Washington, Jamieson is certified through the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as through USA Weightlifting as both a Certified Sports Performance Coach and as a USAW Club Coach
BETSY
Betsy brings more than 12 years of success, both a volleyball coach and athlete, to EndZone Athletics as the new Director of Volleyball Performance. Combining her notorious passion for the game along with a strong technical expertise and background in athletic development, Betsy’s diverse skill set make her the perfect fit for this position. Her playing experience spans the high school, club and D-1 collegiate levels and after spending 6 years playing for the Washington Volleyball Academy, she went on to become the starting libero for Oregon State University.
As a coach, Betsy is IMPACT certified, a member of USAV, and is currently a coach for the WVBA Mizuno 18 team. She has extensive experience training hitters, setters, and liberos is known for her high energy coaching style. Her knowledge of the game, experience as a both a coach and athlete at the highest levels, and her focus on hard work and getting maximum effort from every athlete gives her the tools to help volleyball players reach their goals and live up to their full potential. As the Director of Volleyball Performance, Betsy is committed to building the area’s top volleyball training program and improving the performance of every volleyball player that comes to EndZone Athletics.
MIKE SEILO, CSCS, USAW
Mike is one of the premier independent strength and conditiong soaches in Seattle. His expertise covers all areas of strength, power, speed, and agility as well as individual sport skill training.
Mike is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and also holds a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach certification. He received his BA in Human Services from Western Washington University. Mike has worked and learned from the best strength and conditioning coaches in the collegiate and profession levels. He is committed to staying on top of the latest research in exercise science by attending international conferences and referencing scientific periodicals.
Mike works with a range of clients from people who are new to a fitness program, athletic hobbyists, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes to any one who chooses to be active in their lives. If you are willing to work hard, learn and empower your self, Mike would love to work with you. Specialties: Beginning to advanced strength and power training, Olympic lifting, power lifting, athletic development, speed and agility training, plyometric and vertical jump training, injury prevention, weight loss, biological power enhancement and individual basketball and sport skill training.
