JOEL JAMIESON, CSCS, NSCA-CPT, USAW
The Director and Founder of EndZone Athletics, Jamieson has been involved in competitive athletics and coaching of athletes at all levels for more than 15 years. He has worked with numerous athletes of all levels including NFL Football players, NCAA athletes, World Champions in MMA, and countless other athletes from a variety of sports. He assisted the Seattle Seahawks at training camp with their Strength & Conditioning in 2003 and served as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the 2004 National Champion Eastside Hawks semi-pro football team. A graduate of the University of Washington, Jamieson is certified through the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as through USA Weightlifting as both a Certified Sports Performance Coach and as a USAW Club Coach
JESSICA PAPELL
Jessica grew up playing volleyball in Southern California where she won a CIF Championship for the Windward School and was named the CIF Player of the Year two years in a row. She played 6 years of club volleyball and earned a full scholarship to play at Oregon State University.
She went on to be a four year starter and letter winner at OSU playing outside hitter and defensive specialist and made a trip to the NCAA tournament her senior year. She was selected to the Pac-10 All Academic team in 2000 and 2001.
Her coaching career began while at OSU where she coached and ran numerous camps and clinics for OSU Volleyball. She then moved back to Southern California where she was the head girls’ varsity coach at the Crossroads School, the head boys’ varsity coach at the Windward School, and head club coach at Beach Cities VBC.
She has continued to return to OSU to work with the staff there and coach camps during the summers. In the summer of 2005, Jessica moved to the Seattle area and has been a head varsity coach locally for 4 seasons.
She is the club director and head 18's coach at ITVC where she has also coached for 4 years. Jessica currently coaches with the Puget Sound Region High Performance Program where she works with some of the top talent in the Puget Sound Region and represents the region in international competition. She continues to play on a competitive women's club team and competes in outdoor tournaments as well.
Jessica is available for individual or small group training for both volleyball skills sessions and strength and conditioning
MIKE SEILO, CSCS, USAW
As a graduate from Western Washington University, Mike has learned his craft from several division I strength and conditioning coaches, as well as the Olympic training center in Colorado Springs. Mike has been involved in athletics as player and a coach for most of his life, specifically competing and coaching in basketball and football. He has trained numerous pro and collegiate athletes, and in 2006 was the head strength and conditioning coach for Franklin High School, who won the 4A boys state championship title.
